THE HON'BLE JUSTICE SRI T. SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.2654 of 2018 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, assailing the docket order dated 14.09.2017 passed in I.A.No.110 of 2017 in O.S.No.55 of 2017 on the file of the Court of the VI Additional District Judge, Warangal district at Mahabubabad.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that I.A.No.110 of 2017 is still pending. At the time of arguments, the only relief sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner is to direct the trial court to dispose of I.A.No.110 of 2017 in O.S.No.55 of 2017 as expeditiously as possible.

In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this court is not inclined to go into the merits of the main case.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned VI Additional District Judge, Warangal district is hereby directed to dispose of I.A.No.110 of 2017 in O.S.No.55 of 2017 as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this Civil Revision Petition, shall stand closed.
