HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 24537 of 2002 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking to issue a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 1st respondent in not admitting the petitioner and not allowing him to join Ranga Reddy Sub Division in pursuance of the transfer orders dated 26.10.2002 issued by the 2nd respondent, as illegal and arbitrary.

None appeared for the petitioners.

While admitting the writ petition, this Court directed the petitioner to file a written representation and report before the 1st respondent within three days and the 1st respondent may pass appropriate orders within three days thereafter, vide orders dated 11.12.2002 in WPMP No.30868 of 2002.

In view of the interim orders passed by this Court, no further orders are necessary in the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
