Both counsel state that the petitioners were already reinstated into service, as far as benefits arising out of reinstatement are concerned, learned Standing Counsel says that the issue is before the respondents 1 and 2. In view of the same, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to take decision in the matter of benefits arising out of reinstatement are concerned and intimate the same to the petitioners in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order in terms of G.O.Ms.No.138, Finance (HR.IV-FR) Department, dated 08-08-2017 and as per the judgment of Supreme Court in Civil Appeal No.10273 of 2017 dated 09-08-2017. Accordingly, both the writ petitions are disposed of.
