HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 10557 of 2017 ORDER:

The allegation in the Writ Petition is that respondents, without following due process of law, are threatening to demolish the building consisting of ground + first floor in premises No.4-4-3 (4-4-3/1 and 4-4-3/2), Sultan Bazar, Hanuman Tekdi, Hyderabad, despite being regularized under G.O.Ms.No.901.

Sri N.Ashok Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for respondent - Corporation, on instructions, would submit that, as on date, no notice has been issued to the petitioner; respondents are not interfering with the subject building of the petitioner; writ petition appears to have been filed on mere apprehension; and, if any violations are noticed, respondents would issue notice and take action in accordance with law.

Recording the submission of Sri N.Ashok Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for respondent - Corporation, that respondents are not interfering with the subject building of the petitioner and, if any violations are noticed, respondents would issue notice and take action, in accordance with law, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
