The petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition to avail the remedy as available under the Industrial Disputes Act. Permission is accorded.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn granting the liberty as sought for.

Having regard to the fact that termination order is of the year 2012, it is also open to the petitioner to request the Labour Court for expeditious disposal of the dispute as and when raised. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand disposed of.
