THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.3300 OF 2016 JUDGMENT:

The present Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 Cr.P.C. challenging the order dated 21.12.2016 passed in Crl.M.P.No.2732 of 2016 in C.C.No.287 of 2015 on the file of the Court of the XI Special Magistrate, Secunderabad. At the time of arguments, the only relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner is to direct the trial Court to dispose of the C.C.No.287 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to express any opinion, touching the merits of the main case.

In the result, this Criminal Revision Case is disposed of directing the trial Court to dispose of the C.C.No.287 of 2015 pending on its file as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending in this Revision Case, if any, shall stand closed.
