Since it is stated that already orders are passed resuming the land holding that the petitioners have contravened the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Assigned Lands (Prohibition of Transfers) Act, 1977, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication. In view of above, this writ petition is dismissed. However, it is open for the petitioners to institute fresh writ petition, if he succeeds in the proceedings before the appellate authority. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand dismissed.
