HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.57 OF 2016 ORDER:

This criminal petition under section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is filed by the petitioner-A.2 seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Crime No.909 of 2015 pending on the file of Sanjeev Reddy Nagar Police Station, Hyderabad registered for the offence under Sections 406, 420 & 468 IPC.

The allegation against the petitioner herein is that he has created some forged documents in order to grab the property of the complainant.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

It is the case of the petitioner that he is the genuine owner of the property and that regarding the said property civil suits are also pending.

Considering the rival submissions and keeping in view of the fact that civil disputes are pending between the parties, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner herein. Hence, the petitioner-A.2 is directed to surrender before the Magistrate concerned on or before 02.02.2016 and on such surrender, he shall be enlarged on bail on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with one surety for the likesum to the satisfaction of the Magistrate concerned. Further the petitioner is directed to report before the Station House Officer concerned as and when required.
