Smt.Y.Laxmi, Hyd v. R.V. Chandravadhan, Hyd
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE No. 1551 OF 2017 O R D E R :
The complaint in the Contempt Case is that the respondent has not implemented the order dated 02.02.2017 passed by this Court, while disposing of Writ Petition No. 3669 of 2017, directing him to consider the representation dated 28.09.2016 of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders thereon, within three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. A counter-affidavit has been filed by the respondent asserting that the representation of the petitioner was disposed of on 05.05.2017, by passing appropriate orders. This aspect of the matter has not been disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
Though the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the relief sought for in the Writ Petition was not granted, considering the limited scope of the contempt proceedings and also considering the direction issued while disposing of the Writ Petition, it can be said that the respondent has complied with the order dated 02.02.2017, duly passing necessary orders dated 05.05.2017 on the representation.
In those circumstances, leaving it open to the petitioner to work out the remedies as against the communication sent by the respondent, the Contempt Case is closed.
Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall stand closed.
