HON'BLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.5042 of 2019 O R D E R :

This Criminal Petition is filed seeking to quash Crime No.116 of 2018 on the file of Langer House Police Station, Hyderabad City. Learned Public Prosecutor produced before this Court a letter dated 06.8.2019 addressed to him by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Langer House Police Station, Hyderabad City, wherein it is stated that the investigation in the aforesaid crime is completed and charge sheet is filed before the learned VI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally and the C.C. number is awaited. In view of the aforesaid letter, the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication and the criminal petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
