This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.'), is filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.39 of 2014 on the file of Razole Police Station, East Godavari District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447. 509, 323, 506 & 34 of I.P.C.

During hearing, the learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh represented that the investigation agency, after completion of investigation, filed the charge-sheet before the Court concerned which is numbered as C.C.No.234 of 2014 and the said case was ended in acquittal, vide order dated 17.06.2016. In that view of the matter, the cause in this Criminal Petition does not survive for adjudication.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand dismissed.
