This Civil Revision Petition is filed challenging the order dated 13.08.2012 in C.M.A.No.7 of 2012 on the file of Additional District Judge, West Godavari District at Kovvur filed against the order in I.A.No.153 of 2011 in O.S.No.174 of 2011 on the file of III Additional Junior Civil Judge, Kovvur, West Godavari. 2.

The information obtained by the Registry from the official website of e-courts shows that the main suit in O.S.No.174 of 2011 itself was disposed of by the Court below on 05.02.2015. 3.

In view of the above, nothing survives in this revision petition for further adjudication and accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
