HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT A N D HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER WRIT PETITION No. 26273 OF 2003 O R D E R : ( Oral, Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait ) Vide the present writ petition, the petitioners assailed the order dated 23/01/2002 passed by the A.P. Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, in O.A.No. 5904 of 2000.

2. Vide order dated 11/02/2004 the present writ petition was admitted by this Court. Thereafter, vide order dated 19/04/2004, this writ petition was dismissed in default against unofficial respondents, i.e., R-7 and R-9, against whom the relief is claimed by the petitioners.

3. Since the present writ petition is dismissed against the unofficial respondents, R-7 and R-9, no order is required to be passed in this writ petition.

4. For the aforesaid, this writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.

5. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
