THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.9804 of 2017 ORDER:

The petitioner challenges notice dated nil.02.2017 passed under WALTA Act, as illegal, arbitrary and without jurisdiction.

The Assistant Government Pleader submits that the petitioner and the 5th respondent have compromised and settled the grievance outside the Court and it is because of that reason, though a notice was issued to both of them, the matter was not proceeded further.

The statement is placed on record.

Writ petition is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
