Today when the matter is taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission to withdraw the Criminal Revision Case requesting further to reserve liberty to approach the appropriate authority and seek the appropriate relief.

Recording the said submission and reserving the liberty as sought for, permission is accorded to withdraw the Criminal Revision Case. 3.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Revision Case, shall stand closed.
