THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.11068 of 2015 ORDER:

Questioning the action of the respondents in taking steps to demolish the structures (houses) of the petitioners bearing respective D.Nos.9C-46, 9C-45, 9C/44 and 9C/47 situated at Ananthapur Road and 8/69, 8/67 and 8/68 situated at Hindupur Road, Kalyandurgam Town of Ananthapur District, the petitioners filed the present writ petition.

It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioners that in similar circumstances, this Court has disposed of W.P.No.5581 of 2015 on 06.03.2015 with a direction to the respondents therein not to demolish the structures of the petitioners therein without following due procedure prescribed under law, and that the present case is covered by the said judgment, which is not disputed by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent.

In view of the same, following the said judgment, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents not to demolish the structures of the petitioners without following due procedure prescribed under law. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
