The limited grievance of the petitioner is that the 2nd and 3rd respondents are not considering and disposing of the representation dated 04.08.2014. Through the representation, petitioner expressed willingness to pay the balance amount and get the property registered in his name. It is stated the timely consideration of representation and communication of appropriate decision help the petitioner as well as the respondents.

The writ petition is disposed of by directing 2nd and 3rd respondents to consider the representation dated 04.08.2014 and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
