The relief sought for in this writ petition is to declare the action of the 2nd respondent in passing orders in proceedings No.C/736/2015, dated 25.04.2015 suspending the authorisation of the petitioner's fair price shop No.5113 of Arenda Village, Manthani Mandal, Karimnagar District without assigning any reasons, without considering the explanation submitted by her and without giving any opportunity of hearing to her as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard both sides.

An innocuous prayer has been sought for in this writ petition to consider the explanation submitted by the petitioner in pursuance of the show cause notice issued to her by the 2nd respondent. Therefore, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the explanation submitted by the petitioner and to pass appropriate orders thereupon within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
