When the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to the petitioners to pursue their remedies before Co-operative Tribunal, which is the competent authority to adjudicate the matter.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, giving liberty to the petitioners to pursue their remedies before appropriate forum. No costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ Petition shall stand closed.
