This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the action of respondent Nos.2 and 3 in not granting affiliation to respondent No.4- College by allotting "College Login" and "Password" for the academic year 2012-2013 as illegal and arbitrary. The petitioners sought for a consequential direction to respondent Nos.2 and 3 to grant affiliation to respondent No.4.
At the hearing, Mr.N.Indrasena Reddy, learned Counsel for the petitioners, submitted that the cause
in this Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication and that the Writ Petition has become infructuous. The above-submission of the learned Counsel for the petitioners is placed on record and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous.
