Learned counsel for the petitioner/ appellant submits that the writ appeal was filed on the reopening day after the Summer Vacation during which, the period for filing writ appeal expired counting 30 days from the date of the impugned order. However, since the certified copy was applied for after filing of the writ appeal, delay in filing the writ appeal has been counted starting from the date of the impugned order, which is only 44 days. Therefore, delay may be condoned.
There is opposition to the prayer.
On consideration of the submissions of learned counsel for the parties, we are
satisfied with the explanation urged.
Therefore, delay is condoned. I.A.No.1 of 2025 is disposed of.
