THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 46214 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed challenging the action of respondent Nos.2 to 4 in not registering a crime against respondent Nos. 6 to 12 in spite of the complaint, dated 15.12.2016, lodged by the petitioners.

Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Government Pleader for Home, on the basis of written instructions, submits that a case in Crime No.3 of 2017 was registered by the Station House Officer, Kothapalli Police Station, Kurnool District on 04.01.2017 and investigation is under progress. In view of the same, no further orders are necessary to be passed in the present writ petition.

The writ petition is accordingly closed.
