HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M. S. RAMACHANDRA RAO AND HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K. LAKSHMAN WRIT PETITION No.16815 OF 2019 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice M.S. Ramachandra Rao) Smt. Ch. Vedavani, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to raise the contention of bias of the Presiding Officer of the DRT-I, Hyderabad, in the appeal preferred by the petitioner before the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Kolkata, against the final order in O.A. No.566 of 2013, passed by the DRT-I, Hyderabad.

2. Granting liberty as sought, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No order as to costs. The miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand dismissed.
