HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.14661 of 2013 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, the petitioner/accused seeks to quash the FIR in Crime No.493 of 2013 of Medipally P.S, Cyberabad, which was registered against him for the offences under Sec.448, 506 and 509 IPC.

2) When the matter came up for hearing today, learned Public Prosecutor produced the letter dt:14.07.2015 of Sub-Inspector of Police, Medipally P.S, Ranga Reddy District and submitted that in this case investigation was completed and charge sheet was filed and case was registered as C.C.No.854 of 2013 on the file of III Metropolitan Magistrate, L.B.Nagar and therefore, the petition which is filed to quash the FIR has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed.

3) There is no representation for petitioner.

4) In view of the above submission of learned Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as Infructuous.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
