HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE GUDISEVA SHYAM PRASAD WRIT PETITION No.3908 of 2016 ORDER:

The inaction of respondent No.3, in investigating into Crime No.87 of 2015 on the file of Kushaiguda Police Station, Cyberabad, and filing charge sheet, is questioned in the Writ Petition as being illegal and arbitrary. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home (TG). Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home (TG) submits that investigation has been completed and final report was filed before the Court of XX Metropolitan Magistrate, Malkajgiri, Cyberabad on 17.02.2016. As final report has been filed on 17.02.2016 before the XX Metropolitan Magistrate, Malkajgiri, Cyberabad, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive necessitating any further adjudication by this Court.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, closed.

The Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
