This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/A19 seeking to relax the condition imposed with regard to his appearance before the Station House Officer, Mattampally Police Station, on 3'd and 4th Sunday of every month between 10:00 AM and 12:00 Noon till filing of the charge sheet, in the bail order, dated 14.06.2021, passed in Crl.M.P.No.175 of 2O2l in Crime No.20 of 2021 of Mattampally Police Station, by the learned VIII Additional Sessions Judge, Miryalaguda. 2, Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/Al9, the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent/State and perused the record.

In the course of submissions, it is stated by the learned counsel for petitioner/A19 that the Courts below are not taking up matters. The said submission is incorrect. The Courts below are working and taking up urgent matters. Under these circumstances, the petitioner/A19 is entitled to file an application for relaxation of the bail conditions before the Court, which passed the bail order, dated L4.06.202L. On such application being filed, the Court below shall determine the said application on merits, expeditiously. 4.
