When the matter was called on 26.09.2018, there was no representation for petitioners. Since it is an old matter of the year 2010, this Court directed the matter to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today, when the matter is called, there is no representation for petitioners. Learned counsel for respondents 1 and 2 present and ready. It appears that the petitioners are no more interested in prosecuting the writ petition.
