JUSTICE ANIS WRIT PETITION No. 27322 OF 2015 O R D E R: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Nooty Ramamohana Rao) This Writ Petition is preferred by the applicant in O.A.No. 4829 of 2015. On 21.08.2015, the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal directed the Regional Director of Medical and Health Services, Kadapa to consider the applicant's case for promotion to the post of Multi-Purpose Health Supervisor (Female) in Scheduled Caste Roster point, in case there is no adequate representation of Scheduled Caste persons in that category. It is now represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that duly considering the said order, an order has already been passed by the Regional Director. In that view of the matter, the learned counsel prays that the hearing of the O.A. before the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal may be directed to be expedited.

We hope and trust that the Tribunal would expedite the hearing of this O.A. and take it up on out of turn basis, as soon as the pleadings are complete. With this, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
