This contempt case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order, dated 08.03.2017, passed in W.P.M.P.No.9311 of 2017 in W.P.No.7569 of 2017.

Learned counsel for both the parties submit that the order, dated 08.03.2017, has since been complied with. In view of the above, the contempt case is closed. Consequently, miscellaneous applications, if any shall stand closed.
