This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the following relief:

"to issue an order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring action of the respondent No.3 in not directing the respondent No.4 to depute policeman for protection to the respondent No.5 against vide letter No.Roc.A/2707/2014, Dt:09.01.2015 for vacating the material in the petitioner's

premises in D.No.18-1-47/B, K.T. Road, Tirupati left by the 6th respondent is arbitrary, illegal and unconstitutional being violative of the Art.14 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondent No.2 to dispose of the petitioner's representation submitted to respondent No.4 to provide policemen against the respondent No.5 letter for vacating the material in petitioner's premises in D.No.18-1-47/B, K.T. Road, Tirupati left by the 6th respondent and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

Heard Sri Raghavan K Thalapaka, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Home.

When the matter is called today, written instructions, dated 10-04-2015, furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Alipiri Police Station, Tirupathi Town, Chittoor District; are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader for Home, wherein it is stated that the Tahsildar, Tirupathi Urban Mandal has addressed a letter in the month of January, 2015, to the Inspector of Police, Alipiri Police Station, vide Roc.A/2707/2014, requesting him to provide police bundobust for vacating the material in the petitioner's premises bearing D.No.18-1-147/B, K.T. Road, Tirupathi, left by the 6th respondent-M/s New Look Multrade Pvt.Ltd.

It is also stated that as and when the Tahsildar requests, by fixing the date and time, prior to two days, police bundobust will be provided for vacating the material in the said premises, as per law.

On noticing the same, the learned counsel for the petitioner requests this Court to dispose of the writ petition by recording the said written instruction, furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Alipiri Police Station.

In view of the same, while recording the above mentioned written instructions of the Sub-Inspector of Police, Alipiri Police Station, dated 10-04-2015, the writ petition is disposed of, directing respondents 1 to 5 to act in accordance with the said instructions, and as per law.

The miscellaneous petitions, if any, filed in the writ petition, shall also stand
