Petitioner complained to the respondent - Municipal Corporation that respondents 2 and 3 in the Writ Petition were undertaking illegal construction. Alleging that no action is taken on the said complaint, this Writ Petition is filed. 2.

This Court, by order dated 07.10.2013 directed the respondent - Municipal Corporation to examine the representation of the petitioner and take appropriate action. 3.

No counter affidavit is filed so far.

If so far no action is taken on the representation of the petitioner, the respondent - Municipal Corporation is directed to take action as warranted by law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed.
