Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to the petitioner to pursue the representation dated 01.05.2019 made by him to the respondents.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, granting the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, it is needless to say that the respondents shall consider the representation dated 01.05.2019 made by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
