There was no representation for the petitioner or its counsel on 09.06.2015 and the matter was therefore directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal' on 10.06.2015.

Today, though the matter appears under the said caption, there is no representation for the petitioner or its counsel. The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution. Interim order, dated 04.03.2011 shall stand vacated. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
