THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 14393 OF 2018 O R D E R:

The grievance of the petitioner is that respondents 2 to 4 are not registering FIR against the unofficial respondents, pursuant to her complaint, dated 23.01.2018.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. The learned Government Pleader for Home (AP) submits that he received written instructions from the 4th respondent-SubInspector of Police, Nellore VI Town Police Station stating that a case has already been registered against the 5th to 7th respondents on 25.04.2018, vide Crime No. 74 of 2018, for the offences under Sections 420, 406, 506 r/w 120-B IPC, and he placed a copy of the FIR on record.

Since the complaint has already been registered against respondents 5 to 7, respondent No.4 shall cause investigation forthwith, and file a report under Section 173(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code at the earliest.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
