Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. With their consent, the present writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The present writ petition came to be filed with the following prayer:
"...declare the action of the 3rd respondent in not passing orders on the enquiry conducted by him for amending the revenue records by deleting the name of the 4th respondent in respect of lands in Sy.No.522, extent of Ac.16.17 gts. situated Chintapalli Village of Sangem Mandal, Warangal District is illegal, arbitrary and violation of principles of natural justice, consequently direct the 3rd respondent to pass orders on the enquiry conducted for amendment of revenue records by deleting the name of the 4th respondent in respect of lands in Sy.No.522, extent of Ac.16.17 gts. situated Chintapalli Village of Sngem Mandal, Warangal District."

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the 3rd respondent is not passing orders on the enquiry conducted by him for amending the revenue records by deleting the name of the 4th respondent though the statement of witnesses were examined on 12.02.2016 and as such seeks a direction to the 3rd respondent. 4.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue did not oppose the same.

Having regard to the same and without going into the merits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd
respondent-Tahsildar to pass appropriate orders on the enquiry conducted by the 3rd respondent for amending revenue records in pursuance of notice in Rc.No.B/316/2015, dated 15.10.2015, in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
