HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION NO.27024 OF 2011 ORDER:
In this Writ Petition, the petitioners have questioned the inaction of the respondents in implementing the proceedings vide Lr.No.9000/EDS/RESEVA1/2011-12, dated 02.06.2011 issued by the 2nd respondent-The Director, EDS., (e-Seva), Hyderabad and also questioned the granting of permissions to open new CSC centres, AP Online centres and e-Seva franchise centres etc., where the petitioners RSDP & USDP centres are functioning, and consequently petitioners seek directions to the respondents to not to grant new permissions to open new CSC centres, AP Online centres and e-Seva franchise centres etc., where the petitioners' RSDP & USDP centres are functioning.
At the time of hearing, Sri B.Venkateshwarlu, learned counsel for the petitioners, the learned Government Pleader for Information & Technology Finance & Planning (AP) for respondent Nos.1 and 2, learned Government Pleader for Revenue (AP) for respondent No.3, and Sri P. Govind Reddy, learned counsel for the implead petitioner-Proposed Respondent No.4 submitted that the issue, identical to that raised, in this Writ Petition has been adjudicated by this Court by a common order dated 12.07.2014, in W.P.No.27988 of 2011 and batch.
In view of the above submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed in terms of the common order dated 12.07.2014 in W.P.No.27988 of 2011 and batch, with a direction that the reasons and directions contained therein shall form part of this Order. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition
shall also stand dismissed.
