HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.16929 of 2019 ORDER:

The prayer of the petitioner in this Writ Petition is as under: "...to issue a Writ Order or Direction more particularly a Writ of Mandamus the action of the Respondent No.4 in not considering the representation dated 17.04.2019 of the petitioner and respondent Nos.5 and 6 trying to making illegal construction without obtaining permission in the property of the petitioner in Sy. No.95/A/AA admeasuring Ac.1-00 situated in Kandenpally Village, Damargidda Mandal the same is purchased from the Krishnaiah gaud vide document No 744/09 the action of the Respondent No.4 as illegal, arbitrary, discriminatory and violative of Articles 14 and 16 of the Constitution of India and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circum`1stances of the case.'

Today, at the hearing, learned counsel representing Sri G.Narender Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.4-Gram Panchayat, on instructions, submitted that the construction made by respondent Nos.5 and 6 in the subject land is being stopped by respondent No.4.

Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
