O R D E R

This writ petition was filed assailing the notice dated 17.07.2004 issued by the Mandal Revenue Officer, Warangal, proposing to take over possession of the petitioner's house bearing No.16-4-459, Shiva Nagar, Warangal. By order dated 26.07.2004, this Court granted interim suspension of the impugned notice. While so, it is now stated by Smt. P. Bala Rani, learned counsel for Canara Bank, third respondent herein, that the impugned notice was issued by the Mandal Revenue Officer, Warangal, at the behest of the bank but during the pendency of this writ petition, the matter has been settled out of Court and the amounts due to the bank have also been repaid by the petitioner. She therefore states that pursuing further action as per the impugned notice at this stage would not arise. In that view of the matter, the impugned notice is set aside and the writ petition is closed. Interim order dated 26.07.2004 shall stand vacated.
