This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner seeking a Writ of Mandamus to declare the action of the respondent in not allowing the petitioner to run the Prasad Caterers, BDL Canteen, BDL Township, Bhanur, Medak District, from 31.10.2015 without releasing the payment of Rs.14,22,767/-, which the petitioner is entitled, as illegal and arbitrary and for a consequential direction to direct the respondent to allow the petitioner to run the said Caterers, till payment of Rs.14,22,767/-.

In the course of submissions, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for the respondent that the interim order, dated 30.10.2015, passed by this Court in the present Writ Petition was vacated by this Court vide order, dated 09.12.2015, passed in W.V.M.P.No.4133 of 2015 and the petitioner has vacated the subject premises and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition. 4.

Taking the said submission of the learned counsel for the respondent on record, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
