Petitioner prays for the following relief:
.....to issue writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus, declaring the action of respondent No.2 in not disposing of the appeal and stay application filed by the petitioner, dated 20.08.2016 against the cancellation orders of respondent No.3 in D.Dis.No.DICS/863/2016, dated 28.07.2016, is illegal, arbitrary and in violation of principles of natural justice, consequently direct respondent No.3 to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner..."
The appeal filed against the proceedings, dated 28.07.2016, is directed to be disposed of within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order. The petitioner is given liberty to place copy of this order before respondent No.2 within one week from today. Writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
