Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj.

It is the case of the petitioner that initially he was appointed as Para legal Utnoor on 01.01.2008 and subsequently he was promoted as Community Co-ordinator in the 2nd respondent department. While so, he was suspended from service by the 2nd respondent vide proceedings No.HR/46/HR/TPMU/2013 dated 23.11.2016 on the allegations that he was arrested for involvement in generation of fake RoFR. But as on today, the petitioner is being continued under suspension, without any review of the suspension order. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner was suspended on 23.11.2016, the respondents have not conducted review of the same till date and that no charge memo is issued.

In view of same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to review the order of suspension in terms of G.O.Ms.No.86 General Administration (Ser.C) dated 08.03.1994 and take decision within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed. _______________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J 24.04.2018 kvs
