Learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that subsequent to filing of the Writ Petition, the authorities have considered the case of the petitioner and paid the difference of increment arrears from January, 1993 to January, 2012, in addition to the other amounts, which are due to the petitioner. A counter affidavit is also been paid by the respondent Corporation stating that the petitioner has been paid all the due amounts.

In view of the above, the present Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
