THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.GANGA RAO WRIT PETITION No.24141 OF 2000 ORDER:

On 09.04.2009, this Court passed the following order: "Petitioner is granted to weeks time to take steps to bring the LRs of the deceased 2nd respondent on record. In default, the writ petition shall stand dismissed against R2-deceased, without further reference to this Court." In view of the abovesaid order and as no further steps were taken to bring the LRs of the deceased-2nd respondent by the petitioner within the stipulated time, the writ petition is deemed to have dismissed against R-2. First respondent in this writ petition is only a formal party and no relief could be granted against R-1. For the aforesaid reasons, the writ petition is dismissed.
