ORDER:

This Company Petition is filed by a creditor to order winding up of the respondent-Company for nonpayment of the debt due to it. At the hearing, Sri C.Tulasi Krishna, learned counsel representing Sri S.Niranjan Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the respondent has paid the principal amount due and that therefore

the Company Petition may be closed with liberty to the petitioner to pursue the appropriate legal remedy for recovery of the interest.

In view of the above submission, the Company Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner in terms of the prayer made.
