The learned counsel for the revision petitioner shown the challan dated 09.02.2015 of deposit of Rs.3,00,000/- through SBI to the civil courts deposit pursuant to the order of this Court dated 02.02.2015 in CRP.No.3058 of 2014 in O.S.No.23 of 2011. Thereby by recording the same, this revision is disposed of and if the said factum is not correct, the revision respondent/plaintiff is entitled to seek for reopen or proceed in lower Court accordingly further as the case may be.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any shall stand closed. No costs.
