This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of the orders of this Court, dated 26.04.2019, passed in W.P.No.9012 of 2019.

Heard Sri V.Brahmaiah Chowdary, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Perused the material record. 3.

The affidavit filed in support of the contempt case is silent with regard to the service of the orders and the service of the representation said to have been submitted by the petitioner to the respondents and no proof is filed in this regard to show whether the service is properly effected and the acknowledgements do contain the representation and the orders pertaining to the facts of the case. Hence, the contempt case fails and it is liable to be dismissed.

Accordingly, this Contempt Case is dismissed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to take appropriate steps available under law. No costs.
