THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.13264 of 2008

O R D E R

This writ petition was filed by the Depot Manager, Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation, Sangareddy Depot, against the Award dated 23.09.2004 passed by the Labour Court-II, Hyderabad, in I.D.No.146 of 2002.

The first respondent herein was the claimant in the said I.D. The writ petition was however dismissed for default against him pursuant to the order dated 24.06.2011 passed by this Court. The validity of the Award under challenge cannot be examined in the absence of the first respondent, at whose behest it was passed.

The writ petition therefore fails in its entirety and is accordingly dismissed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
