THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.PRAVEEN KUMAR CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.3004 of 2017 ORDER:

Assailing the docket order dated 19.06.2017 passed in I.A.No.103 of 2017 in O.S.No.58 of 2011 by the III Additional District Judge, Tirupathi, the present civil revision petition came to be filed.

Today, at the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of the Court that subsequent to filing of the revision, the suit which is the subject matter in the revision was withdrawn.

In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in the Civil Revision Petition. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is closed.

As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
