It arises out of the order passed in I.A.No.377 of 2015 in O.S.No.411 of 2007 on the file of the court of Principal Senior Civil Judge, Chittoor. A perusal of the case status report of the court of Principal Senior Civil Judge, Chittoor shows that on 03-12-2015 itself the suit was disposed of. Therefore, the cause in the present revision petition does not survive for adjudication.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
