Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Government Pleaders for Mines & Geology and Revenue and Sri K.S.Murthy, learned counsel, appearing for the respondents. When these two matters are taken up, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleaders that once again the respondent authorities will conduct survey in the presence of all the stakeholders, including the petitioners and the unofficial respondents herein, and fix the boundaries of the leased area. Recording the above submission, Writ Petitions are disposed of, directing the respondent authorities to arrange for survey of the subject lands on 29.08.2018 and to fix the boundaries of the leased area and communicate the same to all the interested parties. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in these Writ Petitions, shall stand closed.
